Well, yeah... & not in the way u think, @ least not most of the time.

Just like any other group of people that work 2gether on a daily basis, u get attached 2 some. Some dancers make me laugh, some make me wanna cry, & some piss me off.

"The Furniture Market" crowd always brings in the $$$, as well as the drunk, smart-asses who come in.

Why does every "convention guy" who has a few drinks in them think they can get in security's face w/o consequences? I didn't kick anyone's ass, but I came close a few times.

The ladies made their $$$ (inside & OUTSIDE the club). Many guys were asking about "limo rides" in G'boro & why no strip club in the city has them anymore.

With a few exceptions, a good time was had by all.

I already told u about "glory" holes, what u may not (or may know, depending on who u r) know is that hookers (street-level only) use these vid booths as "hotels" 2 "handle their bizzness," if ya know what I mean.

These r usually the crackheads & druggies that do that. Believe it ot not, drugs r not sold in these places (@ least not in G'boro)







BUT...

It IS a place where some prosties, female AND MALE (Yeah, that's right, MALES), make alittle $$$ on the side. New Vision Video off Randleman Rd. in G'boro used 2 b NOTORIOUS 4 this type of activity years ago, but I don't know if it's still the case.

"Glory" holes...

If u ever been in 1 of those filthy video booths @ the back of an adult bookstore (Not all adult bookstores r sleazy & dirty 2 b honest.) & wondered what those little holes in the booths were 4, well...

They r 4 "anonymous" fellatio! Or "Head" or "Brains" or "D*ck suckin'."

Believe it or not!

People actually stick their penises in those holes in hopes that the person in the next booth, be it woman or MAN will, how shall I say, "Polish the knob." It's a big thing in the Gay community, 4 the 1's that partake in that. Much like "Gay sex" in a park's bathroom.

I don't know what's so "Glorious" about it, though.

How does A&T's Homecoming affect the strip clubs in Greensboro?

Not much if u r a "White club." But if u r an owner/manager of a "Black club," u r gonna make a killin', which I heard that the Black strips clubs in the city did from mutual friends in the industry.

I heard that "Sugar Bares" was charging $30.00 a head 4 the homecoming weekend!

DAAAAMN!!










I hear that "The Players Club" (owned by White owner Johnny Walters) made some nice $$$, 2. But I also heard that when it was "The Platinum Club," a White strip club, that it CLOSED 4 Homecoming weekend in the past. It also roped off its parking lot so no one could park in it.

Damn Johnny, why the change?

It never ceases 2 amaze me how fast some strippers can get pregnant when they meet that 1 "f*ckable guy" in their personal lives. I always ask, "Aren't u afraid of getting HIV, or something?" Their response: "Naw, he's clean."

The Greensboro City Council vs. Adult Businesses: The Warm-up...

Here we go again...

As u prolly know, The G'boro City Council, http://www.greensboro-nc.gov/newfronts/citycncl.htm , has been trying 2 get all of the city's adult-oriented businesses out of the city & into the county.












Of course, they don't say that, but the zoning crap they're trying 2 pull is the same thing. It looks like they r gettin' warmed-up 4 another legal battle. I've been counting down 2 the supposed "deadline" which is February 4, 2006.

The main "thrust" (pun intended) is 2 repeal the "grandfather clause." This is where any business that was there before a law is passed gets 2 stay there & not be affected.

This is where The Council is f*ckin' up.

If they were 2 say that the ordinance were 2 apply 2 NEW adult-oriented businesses, then fine. If that were the case, then it would have prolly passed by now instead of going through this crap 4 the past 6 going on 7 YEARS NOW!

But noooo....

They want 2 tell a business that may have been there for YEARS 2 all of a sudden move.

That ain't right.

Don't they know that most clubs around here prolly couldn't AFFORD 2 move & start from scratch? Prolly. Do they also know that while they r messing w/ legit clubs that there r Underground Brothels & Whorehouse right here in the city that need their IMMEDIATE ATTENTION?

Prolly not.

Of course I'm biased, but DAMN!

As long as they pay their taxes and keep it legit & above board, The Council won't have any problems & HASN'T HAD any problems from the adult-business industry in Greensboro.
