Why is The Mint in G'boro still open even after the owner, Walt Loer (born Walter Daniel Loer, Sr.) DIED on Friday, 7/25/08?
When the owner of Teaser's on High Point Rd. in G'boro died awhile back, they not only shut the club down, they BULLDOZED that bad boy 2 the ground!! It's now a Waffle House.

Maybe he left the stripclub to someone in his Will. LOL
The way I heard it, there WAS NO WILL.
In fact, his daughter is trying 2 sell it, though she has been making a pretty penny in the meantime.
The thing is: Can they sell & the new owner keep it as a strip club? or is it "grandfathered" under Walt & only Walt?
